Yes its a TT 4v 4.6. People make 1000bhp with stock internals on these engines but at 1300whp+ I am assuming he has a new bottom end in it.

there's a lot of cars that beat these ugr lambos. Vipers, ford gt's, etc.

And most videos I've seen the lambos pull on vipers/corvettes with slicks and 1000+ hp

LMR's corvette put down just under 2000whp. It WILL beat those lambos. It just won the "king of the streets" event for the highest trap speed. LMR's camaro also makes 1800whp+ and currently holds the record for the worlds fastest camaro. It went 263MPH in the standing mile.

As far as cars that actually get driven on the street... these are the cream of the crop.
