wats the difference between the 09 and 08 model? ;o

i did see a 09 335
though its from a wholesale company that gets their cars from auctions, i hear those cars might have problems??
the carfax is clean tho, 1 owner.
also bit over 35k miles
but this one is fully loaded with sports/premium package and navigation

What part of cali does the 328i come from? I'd probably go with the 335i anyway, but I really wouldn't bring any car from the drier parts of cali to Seattle.
