125 is pretty cheap depending on quality of work of course. I like work on my own cars from cleaning to the maintenance, that way I know its done right.

is it bad that I would rather pay $125 for someone else to detail my truck than to do it myself? I'm not talking a hand wash/dry. I'm talking wash/clay/polish/seal/wax. . . Who really has the time/energy to do this?

thats cheap, esp for a truck, and if they do atleast a decent job. Since cost of product will be like 20-25$ so thats 100$ profit for labor.

You can have someone do a 10 hour detail while you work at McDonalds when he's detailing ur car, and you'll about break even too.

I have a local Chevy dealer, John Miles Chevrolet, detail it, and the detailer they have is AMAZING. When he's done, I can see my reflection in the engin***, lol.

I love doing my own detail work, but for 125, I see no reason not to have them do it. It's all just in whether or not you like doin it.
