insurance on trailer lol. god im glad i live in kentucky.

i had to renew my plate once and forgot to stick the new license plate on my truck. a cop pulled me over for expired tags and i showed him the new plate and told him i just forgot to put it on. it was expired for like 2 days so he just wrote me a warning and told me to get it put on the truck.

also can you go talk to the prosecuting attorney and show him your proof of everything and get something worked out before you go to court? that way when you see the judge the prosecuter already has everything lined out and you can get out of there quicker. you might be able to get everything dropped with proof if he sees your case beforehand and you explain to him what happened or something.

I pretty much ran from a cop who was 100 ft away ( did not even know he was a cop ) ran 3 stop signs with my lights off at 3 in the morning going well over 100km/h, went to court ended up paying one ticket for 110 lol..

Looks like you got fucked by the long dick of the law, welcome to the brotherhood amigo.

Youll get the tickets dropped, i say this from personal experience. Ive had expired inspection before, was expired for like 4 days, totally unaware until i got 3 tickets for it in a 36 hour period, which angered me like no tomorrow. Got it inspected, had my insurance provider fax me over proof the car was indeed insured, went to court, had all 3 tickets dropped.

Courts dont want the defendant fighting tickets because thats a waste of their time, and time is money. Since there was no moving violation, your license will be fine. Here in ny when get a ticket dismissed, theres a ticket dismissal fee (which is fucking wrong) meaning theres a surcharge of 15$ per ticket dismissed. So pray you dont have a bullshit law like that in nj

And the cop who wrote you, is a fucking cunt. You were an easy target for his quota fulfillment.

I'm no longer allowed to drive in New York because I refused to pay a 400 dollar speeding ticket because I was going 70 on the interstate when the limit was supposedly 50 even though someone was riding my ass. Out of stater-dead giveaway...fell into a speed trap and the cop busted my ass...he had his lights on before I even passed him. Apparently it's impossible to fight a speeding ticket in New York because they don't even have real traffic judges. I talked to a lawyer about it in NY and getting the ticket dropped was supposedly like a 10% chance for a 250 dollar attempt...I said fuck it and fuck New York.

no, registration. It was a small ass trailer too, like a 4x8 open custom homemade trailer...

and yes i can talk to prosecutor before hand, thats what i plan to do. Im bringing proof that i was on my dads insurance prior to this and he dropped me without telling me for some reason. We will see how it goes..

ah well you said no insurance before. same shit though we dont have to tag trailers unless its a certain size i think. like goosenecks and shit like that you obviously have to but a small trailer like that you dont.
