depends. i can run 40psi of boost on my spirit r/t on stock bottom end cuz its stock internals are damn good / forged chrome-moly crank and rods and inconel valves /etcetcetcetc.

depending on how good the stock stuff is in the 6.4 hemi, you wouldnt need much more then a progressive alky injection kits, 3bar map, adjustable fuel pressure regulator and a bigger fuel pump / injectors and re-mapped ecu/fmic..

all that is 1.5k at most.

other then boring and porting, there isnt anything you cant do yurself on a car..especially new stuff where you can just plug it into a laptop and tune it with 10 million diff programs outthere..
