In all fairness, they go through transmissions every 10k miles so it might not even be that old

A guy I work with went through 3 new Dodges before he finally figured it out. One wasnt that bad reliability wise, just crappy in general. The next got stuck in park several times. The last had fuel filter problems that took 4 times to "fix" before he told them to take it back.
