I'm probably not qualified to and I'm assuming it's not easy to learn because people don't know how to tune them.

I guess at this point the only questions left are:

1. can I learn to tune the carb?
2. How difficult is it to replace the tranny with a 5-speed manual, put a stick and clutch in, etc.? how expensive?

hmmm idk bout 3 if had 1 i think it would be nice but thats my opinion what color you have in mind if ya did buy it and painted it black looks rlly sharp in that one pic posted in this thread

do like everyone else is doing. 5.3 with a t56 and call it good.

are those dry rot marks on the concrete? seems like its been sitting a very long time.

I was going to go with Matte Black or Satin Black. Probably the latter.

I wanted to grab one with a shorter back-end though. It looks a little boxy in the trunk for my taste. Something more like the 67 impala would be nice.

e\ even better -- a 68 chevelle

I thought so.

I found a side that sells a 4-speed that would fit. Doesn't come with any of the peripherals though.
