I have used rhino ramps for ever, they are perfectly fine, I have the low profile set and a normal set. Both work fine. I don't use jack stands when doing oil change.

Looking to buy ramps for oil changes for my car..

Anyone have these rhino ramps? They are 44 bucks

Opinions? They arent steel ramps, but claim to be stronger than steel, 12k pound limit.

i have a set of these somewhere, havent used them since we put a lift in never had a problem, i think the biggest we ever had on them was an f250 7.3.

they slide, and there is no good way to mount them to the floor

there for, just buy a jack and stands

on gravel and unfinished concrete they work fine, on the finished concrete in my garage we had screwed a peice of rubber mat to the incline of the ramp and let it hang off the end a foot and never had a problem.
and if that didnt work i had planned on drilling 2 holes in the floor and running two tapcon screws in them to keep them from sliding

Had a pair for awhile and never had a problem. They do slide on finished concrete, but all of officernaughty's solutions would work fine.

They work alright for smaller cars... I've never used them on a big car or truck. If they cost 44$ though... Why not just grab a set of jack stands? They're about 15$ per set.

i used em on a suburban once, it was a terrible idea and scared the shit out of me, thats why i just dont bother anymore, theres enough ground clearance to get to my stuff without em
