Sounds very much like a vacuum leak. Since the change in revs is cyclical.

Check every hose.

You also can track down leaks pretty easily if you spray little puffs of carb cleaner around suspected leaking hoses, or areas. The motor will pull it in, and run accelerated for a second. That's when you know you've found the source.

And be conservative with the spraying as it is a flammable substance.

To each their own. I'd love to have a mustang. But I'd rather have the Taurus SHO. I have different priorities, and different tastes in a vehicle. Funny thing is... I bet it would be a close race.

little over a second slower than the mustang gt. its not bad if you would prefer the style but i personally wouldn't wanna deal with 2 turbos worth of maintenance over the years.

and 0berst has been pissed off ever since he claimed his m3 was better than a mustang gt on the track and was shown otherwise.
