lets be honest...we all lost faith in an all around great mustang until the 2011 models came out.

up until then it was a fairly mediocre car except for a few exceptions.

Well yeah, as far as stock performance goes... The 4.6 was definitely a mistake.

well when the car has been around for 45+ years, you tend to see a bunch of them, just like any other car that has been around for nearly half a decade. i see a crap load of mustangs on the road daily, generally theyre older models. when was the last time you saw a 2013 roush stage 3 drive by you? probably never. i see at least 15 bmw 3 series daily, does that mean they lost their appeal? no, it means that they are great cars that have withstood the test of time and retain great drive-ability.

People will make up any excuse to hate on these cars. people that hate are just jelly little kids who wish they had a nice muscle car. that oberst fag kid sucks his m3s dick harder than anything ive seen and bashes mustangs because theyre "cheap". well when a cheaper car can out perform yours, whos the jelly little kid now? inb4 he cries well i paid for luxury!

This. Ford used to suck a bit though. Their newer line is pretty great but I wouldnt buy anything much older than my current car.



Its ok man, the brz isnt THAT bad. You dont have to call it names just because it cant put down decent numbers.



You get a lot of kids who think their Mustang is the fastest car on the road when in reality its just a 14 second grocery getter. That gives them a pretty bad rap (just like imports).
There are tasteful, high HP mustangs out there that will blow the wheels off of most cars you encounter and there are hondas that will do the same.
The ignorant hatred is just that. Ignorance.



The newer 4.6 (2005+) isnt a bad motor at all. The older ones suck though. You can push 500 HP out of a stock 4.6 motor with a blower pretty easily. Not bad for a car designed ~10 years ago. Stock they arent really a great performer but a few mods and you can have a pretty good car both on the track or the strip.
The 5.0 smokes them though... Im pretty jealous.
