tbh your making this much more difficult than it needs to be. if you want to see if the tire has a hole in it pour water all over the tire and attempt to air it up you should see bubbles coming out of the hole you can buy a patch kit for a few bucks to fix it

Should say on the sidewall what to inflate it to.  Different brands require different psi.  The meats on my car right now require 51 psi.

If you're using an air compressor at home, you need more pressure in the tank, than what it's going in to.  If there's equal pressure between the tire and the tank, air won't flow.

That is the maximum PSI for the tire. I would not run the tire even close to that high unless you are talking about a truck that tows or something.

I ran over a pot hole,
Used the tool below

1. Put a pipe on the other end to extend the tool
2. once loose, jacked up the wheel
3. then unloosen/remove the lug nuts
4. remove the wheel
5. inflate tire
6. get a spray bottle or a tub of water with soap
7. drench the tire
8. look for bubbles - you may need to inflate the tire if there's a big leak
9.
a) If the air leak is on the thread area, buy the tubeless tire repair kit (step 10)
b) If the air leak is on the mount area where the rim and the tire connects, then you need to bring it to a shop to reseal
10.watch a youtube video on how the tire repair kit works
