Yea I'm proud of certain things, but an unoriginal bike doesn't exactly need to be posted on a forum.

Now if he had done something to it, maybe had a story, something it'd be worth it, but just posting pictures of your possessions on a forum is a little conceited.

In my opinion, get the bike, and ride it, at least tell us that you've finally rode it for the first time and that you found the perfect break in the winter to go and do it.
