Well i tell you what common sense tells me about this situation.
The motorcycle driver can get charged for passing by on the right side.
And the driver of the bmw must get his driver license taken away because of the shit he does is worthier then what motorcycle driver did.
Ofc motorcycle driver can feel not comfortable going to police about the bmw driver because he past on the right side. But this is nothing compared to pushing you with a car on purpose.
And ofc some drivers could say that it is justified for a bmw driver to do this because those assholes who dont obey rules (like a motorcycle driver) make it crazy for drivers on the roads.
But no way on earth will you push them with a car.
But also we can take into account that i judge more like a european. And europeans are more bureaucratic. And my impression they let the law decide. Because in europe are to much laws and charges for any wrong thing you do. So everyone becomes like a robot and try to dont do bad things from theyr side. Because its expensive. But sice im also russian for some part of me. I can perfectly see that in russia its kind of littlebit different. Since the laws in russia are kind of non very existent. People judge by themselves. This way this situation is less acceptable for europe. And could be justified as ok for russia.
