will i still get a ticket if i dont have my front plate on my bumper but i keep it on my dash?

Depends on the local laws.

If your local area requires a front plate the short answer is possibly. Depends on the cop. Most won't care but if they feel like being an ass they can write you for it.

a customer of mine just got a ticket for not having a front plate, so im kind of concerned now

Where I live you can get a ticket for not displaying front license plate even if its in your truck..... Cop decided to give me a no muffler ticket. He was a real prick though.

Had a cop pull me over in nh because it was to the side of my bumper because I didn't have the right size bolts for the stock position and I was lazy (and cus stance iz lyfe bruh)

Asks me where my front plate is and stands like 1ft back from the hood. I tell him to take a couple more steps back and he says "Ohhh you fooled me haha". Then just chats with me about my car for a while and I get let off

I've had people tell me they were pulled over in various states because it was on their dash or on their roof rack, which is a stupid spot any way

i had a front plate ticket thrown out when i went to court for it i took a picture of the judges bmw that didnt have a front plate on it i was told to have a nice day.

how would you know what car the judge drove?
