Anyone have insight on them? Known issues etc. Looking 2012+

What mileage do you have to start worrying about major things.

Good/Bad?

lots of they newer model audis had problems with the motors dont remember exactly. May have even be recalled to idk . My brother in law has one had had to send it in under warranty for something major and also heard bad things from people at audi dealer he said to buy a vw... lol

Otherwise they are pretty solid cars. You need to find one that has been maintained.

major issues are in the timing, also the most costly both in parts and labor. great cars if u have the money tho

this was the one my brother in laws was in for id take caution really not the best years for audi

Figured parts would be a bit of a premium since the brand...

So timing and other engine problems gotcha!

Truck is killing me on mileage, looking for a "luxury" car with awd capabilities, but gets a decent return on MPG. These seemed to fit the bill to an extent.



Any tips on tracking maintenance or just receipts etc. basically?

you can make 420 whp with like no mods! And beat vettes and mustangs easily

if only that's what I was after lol. Past that whole modding mindset..... now it's about MPG and comfort lol

vw tdi 4motion passat would be something to look into, awesome mpg and reliability + awd
