Hey guys, so Im semi new to car modding (like I've lifted a truck, done custom audio, installed after market accessories...the easy stuff, so I apologize to diehard modders if what I'm about to ask sounds retarded.

I just got a new Challenger and its disappointingly quiet. I want to make it sound throaty and loud(er) like a mean muscle car should. I don't want it to scream though, it's not a ricer Subaru with an $80 glass pack. I want that deep growl when I lay into the peddal, and that satisfying wubwubwubwub idle engine sound. I don't even know if that's possible without installing a huge header, but that's what I want.

cam, header, decent exhaust.

got any personal favorites youd be willing to recommend?

what motor is in it?

If it's the 6.4L I've got heads, cam, intake, and ecu I can sell

That sounds like shit. It sounds like a 2 stroke outboard engine with a bad miss. That's coming from someone that likes the unequal length header subie sound.

crawford is just overpriced junk. Plus straight piped stock subarus sound like shit.

now everyone has their own opinion but that sounds like complete shit.

Had a gc8 subby with aftermarket exhaust pull next to me yesterday on a test drive.... Made me thought I had wheel bearing noise.
