Mac or Snap on?

I've never messed with a Mac box everyone at work has snap on

I've out grown my tool cart and looking to go big

Anyone have any input on the Mac line of boxes?

Habor freight, you save like 3000$ off the cost because it's not branded with Mac or Snap-on :)

personally id rather spend that extra saved money on good tools or car parts than the purse that holds them ;)

Snap on.. It's a worthy buy if the shop you work at doesn't insure your tools.

I've had my macsimizer 15 drawer for about 10? years now.

Best box I've ever owned. Thing is a fucking tank to move though. Only downside.

I also have a snap-on top chest on top of the mac box for my misc taps, dies, oddball one off tools.

I think I payed 6500 for it brand new back when I got it. Not sure what they are now though.

The biggest thing I like about the mac are the drawer slides. Even after all these years they still slide like butter.

You know I had a Snap on box for about a year. And it was brand new, and I noticed the slides and pulls deteriorate quite a bit. They weren't over loaded either.

I sold it for more than I bought it for and bought a Costco box and is much sturdier and just a better quality box.

You pay for the name with Snap on, and there are like quality items for halves or thirds comparatively.
