The GT still weighs 200 lbs less than the SS lol. There was no way the car was going to weigh less with the addition of IRS. The performance of the cars is extremely similar and while the camaro is faster in a straight line, I bet the mustang is still faster around a track. Either way, now that the camaro officially has more power ford will more than likely crank up the mustang anyways.

Lol no way. The SS has over 50torque over the mustang. I bet it outcompetes it on the track, and now especially the straight line. Said it's quarter was a 12.3 stock. Easily puts it into the 11's with Minor mods. I'd like to see the mustang say the same.

Yes and the mustang has 200 lbs on the camaro. There are bolt on s550s running 10s, nitrous s550s running 9s. I don't really get your arguments here, the cars perform extremely similar.

2016 mustang gt curb weigh(base)= 3705
