I've been really busy at work and home. There are'it any new village idiots. Ride and justin are camming shit. I guess the brz guys are spooning on a bearskin rug somewhere.

I hear ya.... Looking to buy another house myself. Well.... let me rephrase that. My wife wants another house because apparently 2 houses in Houston and a beach house in Galveston isn't enough....

I'm hoping to take my profit from my flip (when it sells) and buy 3 smaller rentals. That would give me 4 total. I have about $350/mo cash flow on the one i already have. If i can get $250/mo each out of the other 3 i'd be in good shape.
