Looking to see what the best bike is for my size and most comfortable possible dirtbike. I do not want a 2 Stroke and this Dirt bike will most likely be going in sand and trails (dirt). Let me know what you guys think and give the reason behind what one is the best for me.

Honestly comfort wise they are all the same. You buy different bend bars to adjust riding position.

450r. Beast ass motor (i used it in my flat track and tt race quad as it had more base hp than 450r quad motor)

Ive always been a fan of the bigger bikes. Its better to have more power and torque then not imo. Some people dont have the physical strength to maneuver bigger bikes like its a pedal bike so i guess thats going to play a role in if you get a 250 or a 450.

Too bad ktm wasnt on the list, i love my 690 :P

This isn't like car shopping. They are so damn close it's nearly impossible to tell a difference. Each bike will have a different feel to it and it becomes personal preference. Some are a bit more reliable than others. They change so fast that someone's experience with an 09 or 2010 model is completely irrelevant when looking at new ones. Case in point the 15' yamahas are getting rave reviews and the 2009/2010 yamaha was the worst 450 offered at the time.

Go read MXA tests and dirtrider tests. Take them with a grain of salt but it will give you some idea of the characteristics of each bike.

I would get one of the 450's if you're riding in a lot of sand. The extra hp will be better in the sand. 250's and 450's are about the same ergonomic size. You wouldn't be able to tell a difference. I'm 5'6", and I can only touch toes on a 250 or 450

There is a track down the road from me and everyone is always talking about how the 4stroke 450s from Honda are really kicking everyone's ass.

I've heard amazing reviews about the KX450s and CRF450s thats what im debating on. I found a nice Yamaha though and dont know if I should go for it.
