Was getting gas earlier today and saw the two kids (in their early 20's im guessing) both checking out my car (pontiac G8).
I get in to pull away and my sun roofs open so i can here them and as i pull away i hear him say " Its an automatic, thats hilarious"

The car only comes in automatic? There isn't a manual option except the GXP's and thats only like half of those...
So jokes on them? Or me for not having a manual?

I've only ever driven manual cars, but I can respect an auto in drag situations. Hard to match a slushbox with a proper stall and power behind it. Trans brake ftw.
They really should have thrown a t56 in those cars though. Would have made them a lot more appealing to a lot more people.

Its not so much that i cared about their opinion, i just found it unusual... like of all the things to comment on....
