Soooo, usually i get firestone winterforces for my winter cars cuz they are beastly and work phenomenally for wisconsin winters but they dont offer them in the size i need for my challenger (sold my 2002 stratus a couple months ago which was my winter car)

Anyone know any other good winter tires in 20's?

my stock tire size is 245/45zR20

i was looking at the Pirelli scorpions but im not confident in their winter capability just due to the tread design vs the winterforces ive always used

pirelli scorpion

firestone winterforce

I wouldn't drive the challenger in winter they have been using new salt for the road that has been just destroying vehicles with rust

to be honest, my friend had them on his wrx last winter and he said they didnt work for shit vs winterforces and the wf's were like 1/2 the cost.

but again, i dont have many options in the size i need. and blizzaks are available in the size i need at a not to cheap price of $318 per tire lol

i dont care, cuz ill be pressure washing the car every day.

around here in the backwoods of wisconsin, thety just use rocksalt + sand mix. Only the major state highways have the liquid acid salt (as i like to call it) on them that literally leave lines burned into the pavement.

Im not worried about rust because once the car is payed off, im going to be buying another challenger for a dd, and tear down my new one (my current one i just bought) and building it for drags and what not. So rust wont be and issue, not like there will be any within a couple years anyways especially with all the washing it will be getting lol.. that and most of the undercarriage is aluminum and whats not aluminum is stainless. I already have everything winterproofed / (chassis sealant) and put a block heater on it. Its going to be my winter car :P

LOL

funny thing is, i already gotta set similar to those (et drags) for the car for next summer oO

qtps are dot legal but fuck, do one burnout with them and they are et drags lol

gimme a few min and ill upload the pic i took of them earlier while i was balancing them (they were off like a whole fuck ton) had to set my machine to 8.25 before they even fucking registered... they were getting a death wobble on the balancer,,, which was a first for me haha.. mostly due to the old drag rims i put them on though lol
