Probably, but that's to be expected. If its been remotely taken care of it'll be fine for what I need out of it.

Why wouldn't you buy something AWD?

You're in Canada and wanting a winter car.....buy an old Cherokee.

because driving in the snow isn't a big deal... awd is just a pleasure a good driver can drive anything in the snow.

I would jump on it man, that's a nice price. They are strong cars with a great motor. Or look for an srt4.

I also know in the states we can get a decent bug eye wrx for a similar price.

My winter car right now is a bug eye wrx haha. Its auto though and that ruins it for me. The slobalt should get substantially better fuel economy while being faster as well.

yeah, my buddies has lasted him very good. they can make decent power for pretty cheap also. 280-300 whp safely.
Just check the turbo for shaft play and make sure it spools good and such. That is a great ass price though.
And yeah an auto wrx is a let down, but if it's just a daily it's not a killer in my eyes. Auto in traffic is so much easier the Florida traffic is a bitch, wish I got my new daily in an auto, but an auto costed 2 grand more so fux that.

Good price.
fun easy cars to drive

Biggest thing is look into the pours block problem, chances are at 150k it wasn't defective or been replaced, but a must do before purchase. And if your a serious buyer, do a compression test, I've seen to much on css.net.

My mom leased a cobalt once apon a time... complete piece of shit.
I don't even want to imagine how they drive once they reach 150k

Get a 5speed Tercel for 1/6th the price
