Replacing both of them, my right headlight just went out and i was planning on replacing both soon anyway.
The plastic is foggy and deteriorated to the point where i drive with my brights on and everything thinks it's my normal lights lol

I need help finding which ones fit. I'd prefer a clear headlight casing (not the OEM cloudy ones) and possibly halogen maybe LED if it doesn't require my removing tons of engine/body parts just to connect wires
I'm not mechanically inclined but I am electrical savy

Not looking to spend over $125, so far I have found these http://www.carid.com/1999-chevy-tahoe-headlights/winjet-halo-projector-headlights-261869.html which might be compatible with my truck

Just have someone sand and buff your oem lights. You would be shocked how clean they can be

So should. I just buy two replacement OEM bulbs and get some product to cleanup the plastic?

I would do this. There are lots of products that restore headlights and work very well. I'm not a fan of most after market headlamps on trucks, especially that style chevy, but that's just my opinion. Good luck.

Yeah. You could get them pretty close to factory cleanliness

Or upgrade to silverstar lamps and clean your housing.. it will be plenty bright.

Turtle, 3M, or the Rain X. I've heard good things about all of them. I have personally used the 3m with good results.

I agree, ive used the 3m kit with good results as well. The kit runs about 30$ but honestly look around to your local detailing shops. Some places do the whole restoration for 40-50$ and that way you don't have to go through the tedious steps.
