Alright so im a pretty small guy ( 5'8 145lbs) and I was wondering if this bike would be too big for me to ride and enjoy? Thinking about trading my 95 eg civic with a b20b turbo ( turbo almost dead) for that.

Let me know what you guys think

Sounds like it's your first bike? If so I'd recommend a 250.
I'm an experienced rider and 450 is still a lot of bike.

Yes my first bike, im selling my civic 2500$ but in all honestly i'd let it go for 2000$... I could still get the bike and sell it to get a smaller?

Yeah a 450 is rip your arms off power. Not a good first bike. 50-55hp on a 200ish lb bike. I've been riding 22 years and my 450 still whoops me from time to time.

I've got no experience with dirt bikes, but I'm right around your size (5'7" / 160) and I ride 600cc sports bikes comfortably.

Probably completely different but there's guys here that ride dirts, I'm sure they can help you decide

Riding a 450 motocross bike is like kicking a gorilla in the balls and jumping on his back. They are malicious. I swear mine tries to kill me every time i ride it.

Yes 450 is to much for you, I'm 6'2" 210 and it's to much for me most of the time and I raced dirt bikes as a kid

I've been on turbo 1000cc drag bikes and stroked zx14's. Nothing has the sudden snap your off to the hospital factor of a 450.

If you are going to play ride on level ground and fuck around in a clay pit or something have at it. If you want to really RIDE the bike you better know what the fuck you are doing. I can outrun most 450 riders around here on a TTR-125 in the woods. They live for the straightaways.
