Hey guys, Since spring is finally here! i'm not really too familiar with cars, But I really do wanna clean my Mazda 06' :)

Do I just take some Armour Wipes and clean everything?
Is there something I shouldn't clean ? Or use water or something?

Thanks

I just usually get a can of Gunk foam and lightly spray it off with a water hose. Electronics air box etc should be shielded, never given me an issue before.

Simple Green is a house cleaner made without harsh chemicals. Its known for being gentle on surfaces, while doing a great job cleaning them too. I use it on car parts all of the time. Especially when it comes to shit like cleaning valves like the fast idle thermo and the intake air control, and their gaskets.

do not leave simple green on your plastics and rubber for too long, it will stain/bleach.

I use shaving cream sometimes for really greasy areas, with a plastic scrub brush.

I'll never understand the endeavors of people who bother cleaning their engin***s to pristine, show-like quality. My car is my daily...once every now and then I'll spray it down with some concentrated simple green, wipe off some areas, and hose off the rest at very light pressure....boom, done, and looks pretty good. Not worth any more work.

Keep it clean from day 1. Don't drive in winters. That kinds shit
or when you go to a coin-op car wash; they almost all have a engines bay setting, light pressure

Spray it with tire foam then walk away

It will look like you just rolled of the dealer ship

Hose it down first though. Make sure not to get your shit wet. Use some plastic bags
