K so ive had to fix holes around my muffler on my truck sense ive owned it
Ive had 3 different people "fix" it but it fails fast

The muffler that was on it when I got the truck was a complete no-name/off brand pos
So i put a Flowmaster 10 series on it
Same problem

Well the thing had a little hole around the muffler yesterday like it did the last 5 times
I was "hauling ass" on the interstate and the piping came disconnected
I removed it when I got home
Leaving the exhaust stopping at the muffler
Sounded mean as fuck and i loved it haha

Today though the damn muffler itself fell off
So now its like straight piped after the converter
Sounded better when it stopped at the muffler and was just as loud
But I dont plan on leaving it like this

I plan on getting it fixed in a couple of days when Im not working

TLDR
Truck is a 5.9l 1999 1500 Ram
Whats the loudest muffler I can put on this truck
Something that makes me look like a total asshole and wakes the neighbors in the morning when I come home from work

They are def loud but sound like shit

Nothing is louder than scavenger pipes.

No muffler.

Straight pipe.

The longer the length the more crackle you get on deceleration.

Stop being a ricer

cut out your catalytic converter and leave o2 sensor dangling so it runs rich

That might make sense if the truck wasn't 100% stock on outside.
People don't usually associate lift with speed.

The C in ricer stands for cosmetic. Nothing like that on the truck. If anything people would think it's slow cause of the bigger tires etc.

From what ive seen on youtube I agree, I will def put a muffler on, just want a loud one that still sounds good.
The flowmaster 10 I was told was good for that. But considering its a little fucked up atm I was wanting to try a different one.

I would say your best solution would be to figure out why you keep getting holes, and fix it promptly.

The person welding it has to be.
Ive gone to all the muffler shops around me that I know of though.
