so pre-1980 trucks which are the ones to look out for that are short bed preferred. Was looking at something like this near my dad but figured id ask questions first.

the styling is a bit nicer i'll admit but idk about the mechanical side of them.

Shortbed sweptside d100's are going up in price for the last 6-7 years or so. for some reason 318/3speed trucks are really high in price lately.

<-- this guy has a 68 d100 short bed sweptside in the works. Still debating on motor/trans. Most likely will get a roller 340 motor and a 4 speed. Only other option is a built 47RE/06-07 HO 5.9 common rail

Truck has been a work in progress for about 4 years now... never get time for the poor thing anymore

My guess for the lime green hood scoops is a Mach I or a GTO
