was the guy on the bike slowing down or what? hes like speeding past and then looks like he slows down fast a couple of times. hard to tell which one is changing speed

I'm still trying to figure out who the asshole is in the video.... the biker who cuts him off then hits the brakes, or the guy who plows into the biker and checks his car for damage first lol.

I watched it about 10 times
I did see break lights a few times, but did not see break lights on the actual impact. He could of down shifted, or the guy in the car sped up ( thats my assumption )
