So I'm currently training in Virginia, and looking to buy a car in Ohio. The vette, srt4, f250, and s10 are gone which leaves me with the mighty Max. What are some opinions on cars to get. Here's my requirements ...

4+ seats (I have a baby now)

Decent mileage

Newer

Under 5 grand

No Nissan's

Automatic for the wife

And maybe something a little bit sporty idk

Honestly get a cobalt / g5
I get 675 kms easy highway to a tank. I got exhaust work, so sounds great. And its sporty-ish ( no more than 60 bucks to fill from empty )
I paid 4500 for mine, came with 1200 stereo system. Its a 05 g5

Their everywere, cheap, and pretty fun for econobox

Most people have nothing but problems with these. And I think of I were getting a g anything of get a g6. More my style. Appreciate the post though.

Just get the Civic.

Great cars, but the rice community kind of drove the price up.

Only issue ive had is finding afternarket parts. Gotta buy for the cobalt when ordeing, not g5

Next best option is prolly ferd or corolla
