Thats me(Prolong) and shows what I have already done to try and fix it. Anyone know anything else I could do? I know it was a common problem on these trucks but I done the main fix and I still get it.

You need to check for continuity in those wires. Hooking it up to a scanner and reading the fault codes will also help.

Ok so I went to get the truck scan and popped up with these DTCs:

P0171 x2
P0174 x2
P0300
P0430 x3
P0507 x2
U0107 x2

I then erased and rescanned and only U0107 came up (twice again) but I'm pretty sure all the other ones are back on it because that what happen last time.

U0107 "Lost communication with throttle actuator module" You have an electrical gremlin. Get a factory service manual with a schematic for those wires and check them all.

The other codes are for multiple misfire, Idle air control, and bank 1 and 2 o2 sensors. Sounds like your truck needs a tuneup on top of this other problem you're having.

one thing ive seen regarding this code is if the battery has low voltage it can set this code and cause limp mode. try checking your battery voltage first with engine running and all accessories going. even if it doesnt seem to be slow to start it will take you 1 minute to check this manually.

DTC U0107 sets if the battery voltage is low. If the customer's concern is slow cranking or no crank because battery voltage is low, ignore DTC U0107. Clear any DTCs from memory that may have set from the low battery voltage condition.

DTC U0107 sets when there is a short to B+ on the TAC module ground circuit. Inspect the fuses for the circuits that are in the TAC module harness--i.e. cruise, brake. An inspection of the fuses may lead you to the circuit that is shorted to the TAC module ground circuit.

DTC U0107 sets if the TAC module ignition feed circuit is shorted to a B+ supply circuit. The TAC module stays powered-up when the ignition switch is turned OFF. When the ignition switch is turned ON, the TAC module is powered-up before the PCM. DTC U0107 sets because no communication is detected by the TAC module from the PCM. Inspect related circuits for being shorted to a B+ supply circuit.

Inspect the TAC module power and ground circuits and the TAC module/PCM serial data circuits for intermittent connections.

Inspect the TAC module connectors for signs of water intrusion. If water intrusion occurs, multiple DTCs may set without any circuit or component conditions found during diagnostic testing.

Well for the most part I just fixed my vacuum leak so maybe some of that had something to do with the lean? Also I checked spark plugs and wires and stuff and everything was good still. Anything else I should check?

I remember checking my battery awhile back and everything was good but I will check again.

Go back in a week and see if the codes come back, if not you're fine. As far as the throttle thing goes, it's definitely looking like wiring to me.
