basically in a nutshell the bugatti veyron that set the top speed had the factory limiter removed. its sold and distributed with the limiter installed so this has disqualified it from being the worlds fastest production car. john hennessy claims the venom gt is now the worlds fastest production car at 265.7mph.

hennessey's ford gt is the one to beat lol. But to answer your question, no, atleast not the retarded ones. The venom GT hit 265 at the 2 mile marker, some of the lambos are hitting 260+ at the 1 mile marker. The hennessey ford gt hit 267 at the mile.

isnt that russians ugr lambo the fastest one with 240 mph at the mile and 251 mph topspeed?
not sure tho.

just watched the venom gt video.
it was at 235 mph at 1 mile and the driver misshifted horribly at 185mph, going down to 173 mph.

so i guess the venom gt could outrun an ugr lambo, especially on highway pulls

the ford gt and lmr camaro both went over 260 in the standing mile

actually johnny bohmer went 283mph in the standing mile at kennedy space center in his performance power racing ford gt.

Im sure a venom gt will destroy any stock lambo. The current production veyron has the rev limiter so the 1200 hp venom gt is faster. Bugatti is coming out with a 1600 hp veryon.
