Soo....... I'm thinking about building my mustang or getting a newer model (03/04)

Im just not sure about other things you need after adding intake manifold, heads, cams, injectors, etc..
such as fuel pumps, correct size injectors for your air intake / fuel output, and little things that go along with the big parts.

Anyone ever built a car that can shine some light on this process ?

The vehicle :

Does it not have a motor? I would personally swap in an Ecoboost motor and tune it. There are tons of these braaap mobiles on the road, do something different and make it a sleeper.

I've been thinking of different things..
Supercharge it or w/e procharger/turbo/twinturbo
Or just build the motor, but i want to get the most bang for my buck & the least work possible cause this is my daily so i can't have it in my garage for months.
e/ , and ive heard these motors are a bitch to take out so idk what i should do .
Ohya & it has a 4.6 w/ a iron block , strong motor. & its got a t45 tranny.

I wouldn't do much to it since it is your daily. If it was a project car I would have the internals forged and make it a badass N/A track car (with a different motor that is).

throw some nitrous on it and call it a day, put a 150 shot on it, some rims and radials. once something on the inside goes (which it shouldnt if the tune and everything is done right) you will have an excuse to pick up a new engine or throw in some new parts on the old

I've got a couple grand. I could get pistons and shit & run nitrous maybe so it don't blow up.?

I'm just looking to hit 300+ hp . Upper & lower intake + heads should hit 300+ i believe.

im not to sure on fords and nitrous, but i know the max ammount of nitrous you can put on a car is half the hp at the crank irrc. pistons would definatly help. but if the engine is a bitch to take out i would just lower the shot instead of doing all the extra work to be safe.

after a quick google search it looks like 100-125 would be the max for your engine. i say get some radials a 125 shot and 4.10 gears. maybe some sub frame connecters if you got extra money. car should be decently quick

Thanks man, Ima look into a couple more things i could do but thats deff a good option.
Not sure if my tires are radials lmao, pretty sure they aren't but they are 10" so they stick pretty good. I was told it had 373s in it too but ima prob get new gears cause they're only 300 for gear+install.
& subframe is something i want to get either way.

if it has 3.73's in it those would work fine also and save you some scratch. get some longtube headers imo

You'd honestly feel the most bang for your buck doing something like.

Keep it N/A

mild street cams

4:11 rear

NICE set of struts and lowering springs

Then MAYBE think Nitrous, but you won't get much enjoyment out of this on a daily basis, unless you want to spend 40 dollars to fill a bottle every day.

So that's why I say your daily driven butt dyno will probably have a lot of fun with bigger rear gears and some cam/head work.

If you REALLY want to think about forced induction, you MUST plan it out. And it will be costly.
