I understand some people don't like them, and that's fine, everyone is entitled to their opinions

I'm not asking if you would personally purchase this car for yourself. Out of the two vehicles presented, which would you choose?

I chose rather plain near stock images since I won't be doing much to it besides a few exterior modifications most likely, but they can be done up much more nicely

Golf TDI every day of the week.

Had it not been so much more than my CRZ was that was what I really wanted for a new commuter.

Great little commuters, extremely economical, and very reliable believe it or not

I'm torn between the two though...

I'll be trading in my 2008 Wolfsburg Jetta, and I enjoyed it a lot, so VW will be getting my repeat business

Golf or GTFO imo.

Seeing diesel prices around these parts I am kinda glad I went with the CRZ.

I'm getting a steady 42-46mpg anyways. And I squeeled the front tires in "sport mode". I have never laughed so hard.

jetti all the way imo, like the styling of them more then the golfs, but they are both pretty nice cars

I voted jetta, based purely on style, since they're both good commuters.
