So ive driven this truck about a year now and the problem has been getting worse i just havnt had the money to deal with it till now.
just curious if you guys can somewhat guess what the problems are

its a 93 f150 v8


going into third gear i lose all acceleration going up any sort of incline, like the truck will start to jerk and make a chugging/knocking noise
unless ofc i where to nearly floor it and it shifts into a higher gear

There is also a clanking sound when the trucks started and quickens when im moving,like something is clanking internally
it has a small oil leak problem and im filling it every month or so

and lastly when im pulling out and am cutting all the way to the right or left and i can hear the little buzz kinda from the power steering my truck will die if there is no throttle
like you can see the little voltage gauge go down a little if it doesnt die

Sounds like a new truck will be your best option. lol

Check your power steering fluid for starters.
When is the last time you replaced your plugs/wires? Cleaned the throttle body?
Where is the oil leaking? Do you see it come out or is it burning it?

doubt its the fluid steering isnt difficult o.O
plugs wires, i have no idea my brother fixed the truck and gave it to me, put something like 1500 or 2k into it so they could have been swapped then ( being december 2011 )
i dont see where its coming out, it trickles down.

brb i actually remember i have a price quote thing from pepboys like a year ago, half of its bs im told and a friend said he could do it for like 400 @_@
this what before the uphill acceleration got bad and the constant clanking.

LOL they want 200 dollars to degrease the engine. Go buy a can of engine degreaser for 12 dollars.
So I guess it's your valve cover that's leaking. Doesn't explain your power problem though. Get with your brother and see what he did to it.

i bought an oil pan gasket for $20, OEM part....next oil change im doing that myself, not that difficult

Dude. For 2500$, you can get another 93 F150, and pocket 1500$. These things are meant to be cheap.
You can replace that entire freaking engine for around 700$. Thats an entirely assembled working engine. All you'd have to do is put things like the power steering pump, radiator, alternator, etc, etc. off the original engine on that one and you're good.

electronic 4 speed with over drive transmition, that im 90% sure is in your truck
