2006 Legacy GT Spec.B

Whenever I start up my car, when it's cold whenever I turn my car clunks like no tomorrow, but when it warms up it drives like new. I thought it was the power steering belt, but I tightened it and it still happens. Should I replace the belt all together or do you guys think it's a different issue.
I appreciate any help.

Don't know what else to say. When I turn, or just turn my steering wheel, it hesitates. But when my car heats up it drives fine.

I'm not 100% sure. I know it's symmetrical AWD though.

From startup until it's about halfway to temp. Then it starts to drive normally
