The truck is a 91 Dodge W250 4x4. I drag raced it a few times last year, and wanted to step it up for next year so I tore it down this winter.

Last Summer racing at beech bend. Best of a 13.04 at 104mph

Pulled the engine out in 3 and a half hours

And the trans was out in another 20 minutes

Had to freeze the camshaft, and bake the gear at 300* and drive it on with a brass hammer. Talk about a pain in the ass.

Camshaft is now installed with the retainer on aswell

Moved on to taking the head off

Cylinder walls looked great, engine has a little over 300,000 miles on it.

Also, a little burnout action before the teardown. My truck is at 1:28

Bigger charger, head studs, head work, exhaust and intake manifold, camshaft and lifters, electric fans, more fuel, and building an aeromotive fuel system for it. I'll post some pics later tonight of the parts I have for it right now
