So I guess I will try to keep this as brief as possible.



I have an almost 3 year old male rat (my first rat, and pet, ever) who has hind-limb paralysis problems. The problem has been getting slowly worse over time, and now his usage of his hind-limbs is nearing an end.

I have looked up more information online about this and I have learned that this is a common issue with older males, and even though many rats get along "just fine" by moving around by dragging their bodies, I still wish to see if I can acquire some kind of rat wheelchair.

With all that being said, does anyone know of someone or some place (with an online store) that sells them? Maybe someone knows of someone who has made them before and would be willing to make one to sell to me? I could pay in real life moneyz (USD), or I could even pay in d2jsp gold (ignore my current amount, lol).

I have had little luck browsing the web on my own and would immensely appreciate any assistance. It pains me to see him in his current state, and I know there are people out there who know about / do this sort of thing.

Hey this is a genetic issue that has happened to quite a few of my old (and young) boys. Every time it's progressed to something much, MUCH worse.

getting a wheel chair for mobility would make your rats life a lil easier, but obviously cant climb, run or jump

a wheel chair could be made out of simple LEGO parts, this is certainly a custom job
