he won't drink. cries. eventually ate a bit of tuna.

not sure what's best for the lil guy or how old? looks about 5 weeks?

Hard to tell, but one thing is for sure: it should see a vet asap
also do you happen to have any helpfull additional information like where did you find it, in what condition was is ect..
maybe someone has any advice beside the obvious vet hint i already gave you^^

kittens shouldnt eat wet can food til about 6-7 months old. dry food only. and water only.

Canned food is fine. Offer dry if he'll eat it. Not sure what the user above is talking about kittens/cats not eating wet until 6mo lol?

check the store for milk powder (the one for kittys)

1 spoon of that with some water (but dont use cold water) should be arround 28 – 30 °C

idk. how its in your country but here you can find it in any animal store - if not = vet

Canned food is not fine at this kittens age ( which looks to be around 6-8 weeks)
Canned food will only give the kitten bad diarrhea, try and get it on a high calcium, premium dry food.
Get the kitten to the vet on the ASAP.
Only offer the kitten water at the moment, as kaffeeklatsch said, try and get milk powder from a animal store.
