I have an old pitbull (girl). About 9 years old who has lived outside forever because my parents were never able to train her.

Well after getting a new dog at my other parents house and seeing how well the training is coming along, I want to train my older dog at my immediate family's house.

She has always eliminated and chewed up stuff inside when we had her before however she listens well, sits on command, stays etc.

I was thinking I would have to cage train her however there's a problem. We have a male cat, and the last time my dog (jazmin) got in the house she marked any area she smelled the cat strongly (up by her litter box). Not to mention the cat is extremely aggressive towards the dog. So would maybe a cage work until they're calm enough to be by each other?

Is it possible to train my dog and cat to get along and the dog to be potty trained? Any advice?

A dog does it's business outside, move ur lazy ass.
And yes, it's possible to make them accept each other but it takes alot of effort from your side.

Believe me it wasn't me training her so we just kept her outside.

Crate train her

This seems the best option.

Crate train is a very good method for house breaking

Search YouTube videos for "house breaking for older dogs" or something like that

An old dog can learn at the same capability as any young dog just as long as it isn't having any serious health issues not allowing it to.

And yes you can condition your cat and dog to be okay with eachother, especially depending on your dogs response to the cat, the best way you can condition this is to have your dog and cat seperate, while slowly giving exposure to one another while making the cat feel safe, by this I mean begin with a few minutes of your dog in a crate and your cat having freedom do to do as it pleases, if the cat loses some of its insecurity this can be fixed quicker as compared to if the dog is the issue, if you worry your dog will get your cat it's best to reverse this, by putting the cat and a crate and letting the dog get some interaction with the cat, slowly though, because you need to not let the dog kick into a "Prey Drive" (i.e getting aggressive, barking, growling, lunging of any sort). at that point IMMEDIATELY remove the dog from the situation.. I would love to inform you more on this but I don't know many details of your exact situation.. Hope that helps, but the best thing you can do for any behavior issues such as that is contact a local certified trainer or behaviorist
