I believe you need to have a certain amount of posts or have had a certain amount of time elapsed after you joined the forum before you're able to use the YOUTUBE tag. You might be able to get somebody to answer that in the General Help section: http://forums.d2jsp.org/forum.php?f=34

Its like 15 or 25 posts or something before you can embed
