any dog can be an "inside dog"
But all dogs need exercise. to raise a Siberian huskie and not give it the exercise it needs would cause issues. as would any other dog.
If you don't exercise it and leave it alone while your at work.. or in a crate without exercise expect issues.

Think of it this way. Leaving a dog alone with energy is equal to leaving a 2 year old child un-attended.

Depending on the energy level of the specific dog you get. You might need to go on ten 30min walks.. or as few as two.
