There arent the breeds i want near my area.. Posted a wanted ad on kijiji and the only people that reply back are scammers saying the dog is free and I only have to pay for shipping fees.. its fucking ridiculous

Be very careful, so many scammers on pet websites.

You'd probably have to find a breeder then travel or arrange something with them

Don't be part of the pet illiterate crowd and go looking for a certain breed. Go to your local shelter, visit a few times and take home the one that bonds with you the best. You'll save a life AND have one of the best dogs in the world.
