I'm not too well informed on the subject but something tells me that slapping him on the head and spraying him with water only makes him more mad lol. Try giving him catnip maybe that'll calm him down, either that or he'll just be more psycho I guess.

treat the cat nicely. seem like you are abusing the cat. i understand you have to teach it but there's other ways

Key word... kitten.. keep it with toys to drive out all the energy and deal with it for a few months. Its a kitten so naturally this is the energetic learnung pgase.
