So i have 2 inside cats, my litter box is in the bathroom and use pads under the litter box to catch any loose crap/piss/litter and keep it cleaner

One of my cats will deliberately piss on the corner of the pad outside the box once a day ( some gets on the floor or leaks through )
She has been doing this since for ever just never posted it
It's not cause the box is too dirty she'll even do it when it completely clean just a habit of hers i guess
I thought maybe was position of box so i moved it but she still pisses in same area
I let her outside alot as well so she can go bathroom inside/outside
But she will just piss in same spot every day once a day

Bottom line im sick of changing the pads more than i have to and scrubbing the floor
idk if there's anything that can be done at this point since shes been doing it for EVER but why not try to see peoples opinions?

the pads are made to be pissed on.. dont put pads under the litter box

those kitty or puppy pads made to pee on create bad habits of peeing on stuff with a certain chemical in them. If you had a peice of paper and colored it with sharpie they would also pee on that. also there is walk in litter boxes or you could put it in a cardboard box and change boxes every once in a while.

try taping cardboard around the box and make a little opening to get in intill it figures out not to piss on the corners just an idea =]
