This is my beautiful dog

He is a huge bully, I don't know what it is about him, but even the nicest dogs stare at him and they get very aggressive, he doesn't bark, doesn't growl, he just stares them down and they get very mad at him.

There is only one dog that he even remotely deals with, and it is the neighbors dog (he lives in an apartment at my girlfriends who has a hole between her and the neighbors room). And by dealing with, means he doesn't attack the neighbors dog "often". Basically the other dog lives in fear after their first fight when he bit her face (she was only 3-4 months old rot, ironically only about 10 lbs less), grabbed her neck and lifted her up off the ground. She sort of deserved it because she was eating his food and he was growling at her and she didn't stop but that is beside the point.

Basically he is a bully, I don't know how to make him be nice to other dogs. His instinct is either to straight stare the other dog down until it starts barking and pulling on its leash meanwhile he gets into a crouch position and if the dog gets too close lunges at the dog. He will just stare, lay down and continue staring, and he looks like he is going to kill you when he stares at you.

He has never been anything but friendly to people/kids/babies, will greet you with kisses, and will let you pet him and take anything from him, including bones/food he is chewing/eating without any problems.

Basically he hates other dogs...idk why, he is a rescue and the person who rescued him had 3 teacup chuwawas or w.e u spell it, and he apparently got along with them, but now he just hates other dogs, i also don't know if it is just playing or what because if it is playing he definately doesn't know how to not kill the other dog.

He is a Husky, They play rough dont back down from challenges and like to make noise ( howling whining growling ) Mine is kinda the same, He loves dogs though and gets a little exited and flattens them :)

Would you say its pure aggression or exited aggression? He hates dogs or loves them so much he gets too hyper which turns to aggression. Have you tried him off lead in a huge field with other dogs? Problem could be the leah ( or anythin holding him back )
