my aunt and uncle live in a house on the same property with dogs and she doesnt care to be around other dogs, shes not agressive but she prefers to be alone
With a puppy it is different, I dont know why. After a few weeks they will bond, Ther pup will most likely annoy the dog until it gives up and plays

You should get your current dog sorted out, Get it used to new things and back to being a proper dog. Treats in a bucket is good, The dog has to stick its head in the bucket to get the treat but it cant see any of the surroundings, This helped my friends dog.
Take the dog for a walk in the country, When he sniffs something or pee's on an object give the dog a treat.
Also since your dog doesnt like the country, Take the dog into the woods and just do the basic commands ( sit / paw ) do this a few times a day for a few mins each time.
Main objective is to get the dog excited about exploring the woods.
