So, there are these little trouble makers in my neighborhood who think they are hardasses for throwing 2 eggs at my house. One of them happened to be in my backyard where my dogs usually are ( they like to sunbath).
But i guess my dog decided to eat the egg and the shell, so for the past 7 years she has never had an accident in the house and since this she has had 3, of which have all been runny poop. ( sorry for details).
The morning she had eaten it she threw up all of her food and it was very, very whole looking. My question is, is this salmanila or maybe just food poisoning?
Thanks for the info jsp. :)

Running stool can happen due to many reason.

What are you feeding her currently?
How long has this been happening? When it happens, how constantly does it happen? Like 3 weeks straight or couple days and then it's gone?

its only been happening over the past 4 days, and we havent changed her food in the past 4 years, it happenes every bowel movement, its just never happened before now so i was wondering maybe it was a bad egg or maybe it just gave her food poisening.

If she consumed the raw egg, there is absolutely nothing you can do to help her with her bowel movements.

You can just let her go for another week to see if she has any improvements. Most likely she'll release it all out. If not, after a week, make an appointment with a Vet and get some input.

I think you should get rid of your dog. That will solve your problem.

Good luck!

Have you seen any blood in the stool?

Any odd colors in the throw up?

There's actually plenty you can do to help with runny stool. Try feeding a bland diet of boiled chicken and boiled white rice mixed in a ratio of 1 parts chicken to 3 parts rice. Feeding smaller amounts per meal and more meals per day will be easier on her stomach and chicken and rice is extremely easy to digest. Be sure that there's plenty of clean water available, as well. Hope it clears up soon, bud.
