We've got a pee war in the house. Five (neutered) male cats spray all over.

Any suggestion as to how to address this issue?

Thanks for any idea.

this just popped up out of nowhere?

get a stuffed animal and yell at it, beat it, etc. your cats will see it and get so scared that they'll stop
get a girl cat they can gang-bang
separate them and slowly reintroduce them

It is extreamly weird to me a neutered male cat spraying since this automatically stops when neutered.
Did you get them neutered yourself?
Most likely because of the amount of males in the same territory.
Are they siblings?

There were three cats in a house. We introduced two more two months ago. We keep those two separate at all times, as they are less well established than the others. Also, one of the most senior cats is quite agressive toward all other cats -- dominance I guess -- but all are really friendly toward people, even guests.

Beating a stuffed animal is an intriguing approach. I'll read on that before trying it.

Definitely spraying as they wiggle it back there and they stand up straight. Curiously one of them tries to spray, but for some reason he's doing it wrong -- so nothing gets out there. But the others are successful.

We got them neutered at different ages. One of them used to be an extraordinary musky one as a kitten; but neutering this tabby cut down his stench to almost nothing.

Out of the lot, only two are siblings. All others represent quite a variety from calico to tabby.
