poisonous snake that has fangs 1in apart?


my dads dog was bitten by one and my step mom is freaking thinking its some huge killer snake.

i cant imagine it being too big a snake.

Size really doesnt matter when it comes to venomous snakes in fact smaller ones can be more deadly because of the lack of control of their venom.

Anyways if the dog is still alive I would think its going to be fine.

i agree but i have two small brothers. it was PROBABLY a rattle snake, theres been a few in the neighbors and shit. i just wanna know how big it should be.


shes freaking out talking about killing the grass and doing asphalt and stuff to protect the kids.

take your pet to the vet to be sure it is ok

she already did. and i dont care that a small ass coral snake can kill. im aware the size doesnt matter. i just want to try and make her realize this isnt some monster sized snake.

Older snakes often dry bite defensively. If she won't accept her surroundings, there's not much you can do. Tell her to crack open a webpage.

im getting tired of just about every answer BUT what im asking...


thanks for nothing. im not careing what KIND of snake as were pretty sure its a rattle. I dont needs to know that it might be dry bite.

Next time use google then. They can grow up to 66 inches long which is almost 3 feet. Some have reported that they can grow up to 5 feet.

again not the answer i needed. i was looking for the correlation between fang gap and size. google didnt give me anything for that.
